Natalie is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Medicine at Stanford University. She currently serves as Chief Medical Information Officer at Stanford Children’s Health, where she helped lead the organization through the transition of its comprehensive electronic medical record (EMR) from Cerner to Epic. Through her clinical and administrative positions, she has spearheaded the development of innovative computerized clinical decision support tools to provide point-of-care education to clinicians and enhance quality of care, efficiency, and patient safety. She has also been active in shaping the curriculum for the emerging specialty of clinical informatics, and she serves as Associate Program Director of the Clinical Informatics Fellowship program at Stanford.
